Return & Exchange Policy

 

All sales are FINAL. We do not offer refunds.

In select cases, store credit may be issued if a return is approved at our discretion.


Exchanges may be allowed only if there is an issue with your order or if we agree to the exchange. To be eligible:


  • You must notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order by emailing Lecurveculture@gmail.com
  • Requested sizes must be in stock
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and show no signs of wear
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • A tracking number is required for all exchange shipments

 

Once received, please allow up to 5 business days for exchange processing.


We reserve the right to deny any exchange if the request is determined to be unreliable or does not meet our policy requirements.
