Shipping Policy

All orders require 3–7 business days for processing and shipping.

Shoe orders may take up to 14 business days to process and ship.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

We ship only to confirmed addresses. Orders placed with unconfirmed, incorrect, or incomplete addresses will be automatically canceled, and a notification email will be sent if your order does not process.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier.
• We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

We strongly recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages Policy

Once an order has been shipped and marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

• Packages marked as delivered but reported missing
• Packages delivered to apartment buildings, leasing offices, mailrooms, or front desks
• Packages stolen after delivery
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

If tracking confirms delivery, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements.

Customers are encouraged to:

• Verify their shipping address before placing an order
• Monitor tracking information closely
• Contact the shipping carrier immediately if a package is missing

Filing a claim with the shipping carrier does not guarantee a refund or replacement from our store.

 

Pre-Order Policy

Items purchased on PRE-ORDER are expected to ship within 1–2 weeks of the estimated shipping date listed in the product description at the time of purchase.

If your order includes a pre-order item, the shipment of your entire order will be held until all items are ready to ship.

• The item must be $100 or more to qualify for separate shipping
• Additional shipping fees may apply

Cool handwash or gentle machine wash. Wash colours separately, do not twist/wring.Tumble dry on cool setting or dry in shade to avoid fading.Use a warm/hot iron on linen setting.
