All orders take 3-7 Business days for process and shipping Shoe orders can take up to 14 Business days. When your order is shipped a tracking number will be provided to you by email. Only confirmed addresses will be shipped to. If your address was not confirmed your order will automatically be canceled, and an email will be sent out to let you know that your order didn't process. We are not responsible for post office delays. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered. Please purchase items in advance to ensure you will receive on time.

Lost or Stolen Packages Policy

Once an order has been shipped and marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for:

    •    Packages marked as delivered but reported missing

    •    Packages delivered to apartment buildings, leasing offices, mailrooms, or front desks

    •    Packages stolen after delivery

    •    Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

If tracking confirms delivery, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements.

Customers are encouraged to:

    •    Verify their shipping address before placing an order

    •    Monitor tracking information

    •    Contact their local carrier immediately if a package is missing

Filing a claim with the shipping carrier does not guarantee a refund or replacement from our store.

Pre-Order Policy.
Items purchased on PRE ORDER are subject to delivery between 1-2 weeks of the estimated shipping date that is provided in the items description at time of purchase.
Having a Pre-Order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery of your ENTIRE order.

Possible Delays

Cool handwash or gentle machine wash. Wash colours separately, do not twist/wring.Tumble dry on cool setting or dry in shade to avoid fading.Use a warm/hot iron on linen setting.
